Day 3 Lunch My Banana Pudding Smoothie 3 bananas (great for weightloss but watch the sugar if you are prediabetic or diabetic) 2 cup of any nuts (Im using koega or leftover Brazil and walnuts) A big chunk of Koko Samoa Some Almond Milk but cut down to half or just 300mls, add more as you go along! Blend and you should see a thick consistency like a puligi or pudding. Eat with a spoon! The go sigo at disease and illness! PS I use the same recipe for my natural gluten free preservatives free icecream. Just make sure your bananas are frozen and your milk is half frozen! Manuia le aso o totoe ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
