Day 3 of the challenge : 1) I am thankful for long walks on the beach, especially when there is a very sweet romantic ending. Paul surprised me with a question: Paul: so what have you never received in the last 30 yrs? Me: I have you, the kids and now Jamison- I have everything. Paul: gets down on bended knee and proposes while opening a ring box with an engagement ring. So I am totally overwhelmed, crying, laughing and speechless! A surfer walking by congratulates us- so very sweet. When Paul first proposed he didnt go down on bended knee and he gave me a ring he made in metal shop years before. So I never did have an engagement ring. But now I have an engagement ring and a proper proposal!!! 2) I am thankful that Annie Maize helped Paul with this romantic plan. 3) I am so blessed to have received so many anniversary wishes from my FB friends n family.
