Day 3 to a better YOU! Snacking Take a trip to your local grocer (that offers organics) and load up on bulk raw almonds and walnuts as well as a few pints of grape tomatoes, blueberries, and some clementines (easy peel little oranges). These will be left out on the counter for occasional snacking. Making sure we are not starving as we enter mealtime is essential to making better choices! The above choices offer extraordinary benefits such as omegas, antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, protein, etc... Nuts, berries and oranges can easily be added to soy yogurt (organic) for a fresh power-packed breakfast or afternoon snack. Apart from the nuts, the rest can be consumed in unlimited quantities.
