Day 326: I ran...this one is for sweet Lina. People assume I run to run away...I can see why it looks like that, but the truth is... I run to wear armor, to battle the truth, the past, and to have courage...to be a warrior. I run to go through it...to swim through the toughest of waves...to get pummeled...to hold my breath...to duck dive...to open my eyes to the sting of the dark saltwater beneath the rolling waves, to see the dark truth, to count the seconds ...to feel alone...to feel scared...I had to learn...to understand the pattern of the waves...to be able to surf them...to recognize the sting of the salt...and to wait for the next wave...to lift me up...and teach me the thrill of surfing life...its true, I can never stop the waves...but I can learn to surf them like a warrior...hang 10... I have chosen to run both roads...they are parallel...when I feel like giving up, I chunk time like I chunk miles...one step at a time...hat to my nose and eat those hills for breakfast...dig deep in the reserves and never, not ever, give up..let learning...let going through it, be your fuel...your flux capacitor.
