Day 4 of imperfect me. Should have come to book study tonight and you would have heard at least a dozen! There are definite times when I feel the prompting to pray or read Gods word, and I choose to ignore it, or get busy with something else, or make an excuse not to spend time with God. Father, forgive me when I choose to give my priority to worldly things, rather than eternal things. You should be first in my life, so let me show you that you are, in how I spend my time. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
