Day 5 - no sugar no grains (nsng). What a revelation, I havent had any cravings and theres no going hungry. I made a great chicken korma today (better than shop bought sauces): Sautee 1 onion and 1tsp fresh, finely chopped ginger in oil/butter. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 dried red chilli, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garam masala and then 600g of chicken thigh. Cover with spices until cooked and then add can of coconut milk and chicken stock cube. Transfer to oven (180 C) in covered dish and cook for an hour.
