Day 5. I am thankful for my Grandpa. He is my everything & I was his. It made me so proud that he introduced me as one of his daughters to people, either customers or vendors. Right now he is sick and fighting Alzheimers and a couple of other issues but he is still smiling and loving. How do you begin to describe a man that built his life, his home, his work, his everything with his bare hands? He is so strong. Stronger than I will ever be. I strive to be good like him. He is the most caring person I know or have met. In his prime he was forgiving and smart. He still to this day (being Sicilian) thinks he Casanova. He makes you feel beautiful and reminds you that you matter. He took care of his guys/workers/friends. He loved all of them as they were family. I am thankful that I was blessed with such a beautiful & wonderful person inside and out. I am so happy for the life I have with him. Even more so the memories I will always cherish....
