An, cos I iz Da Doof, i knows i wud no be here today wiv out da helpz ov all da hoomans dat made ma mama gifts ov money fer ma kipper trout vet bills wen i tink i cud fly. Shhhh, dis i know now, I canno fly. But iz da Doof and tinks I can do ever ting. Hoomans yer are all inspire-a-shun-all. Da Doof, today only, givs ya all special whisker kitten luffs and cubdells. Mama readz today about dis - Em lly (from da UK Crazy Cat Ladies Group) was pulling into a carpark in Bangor (Northern Ireland) the other day. A man stepped out of his car with a huge bag of cat food, made a few tuts, and was suddenly swarmed by dozens of cats. There are 51 of them, all feral. He feeds them everyday and has done for years. He made shelters in the yards of the abandoned houses they live in, and pried off some boards so they can go into the houses. He captured all 51 of them and had them spayed and neutered. He asked the various cat charities for help, but they turned him down, because the cats are feral. They are gorgeous kitties and you can tell they are looked after. His story really touched my heart. Their group is called Official Bangor Seafront Cats on Facebook and there are loads of pictures of the fur babies. They also accept donations to an account at Glenns Vets in Bangor.
