I think HE knows we are ALL capable of so much more then WE think. Unfortunately we have to live with ourselves, we hear what goes on inside our heads, the self doubt, the constant war against our imperfect humanity etc etc BUT God sees things so different. I often wonder whether sleep was only created by God to give US a break from ourselves. If God wanted to, he could have engineered us not to need sleep but even God knew we would need a little time out from US. With that said look at how God instructs us to think!! Isaiah 54:1-4 (NKJV) "Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, And your descendants will inherit the nations, And make the desolate cities inhabited. For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities. "Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; Neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame; For you will forget the shame of your youth, And will not remember the reproach of your widowhood anymore." I just love these God given POWER words. ENLARGE STRETCH LENGTHEN STRENGTHEN EXPAND INHERIT MAKE SPREAD DO NOT FEAR YOU WILL NOT BE ASHAMED YOU WILL NOT BE DISGRACED YOU WILL NOT BE PUT TO SHAME This is exactly what God did with Joshua and it is exactly what God wants to do with YOU. I have always said "If you create the SPACE God will fill it with His GRACE." Make room today for God to move, think bigger, speak bigger and filter your life through the POWER WORDS of Isaiah 54.
