Day 5 of 21 Day Fix: Cardio in the Books!! Mentally and physically its tough to get back in a workout regime. I put weight back on since my lower back injury and bronchitis. Just felt like Poop and used it as an excuse to not watch my food intake. Enough was enough and joined hubbys 21 Day No Meat Challenge. I finished it last week with a Great Group of people. That definitely helped me get back on my healthy eating game. Aint gonna lie it was TOUGH but I had to do it. Yah we do fall off, we are human. Now, instead of dwelling in my sorrows and feeling sorry for myself, IM JUST GONNA OWN IT and GET BACK ON IT!!! Anyone out there can relate? I know Im not the only one.
