Day 5 of the #freshstartyoga challenge on INSTAGRAM! Todays theme is GROWTH and FOCUS. I chose #pinchamayurasana because it takes determination and resolve to get upside down especially when we’re just learning to invert and to balance without the wall. The forces of nature are irrepressible - flowers will bust their way out of concrete if they have to, so this pincha unfurls into a LOTUS FLOWER. What we focus on GROWS and GROWS and GROWS, so focus on the sweet stuff. Focus on beauty. Focus on what you want. And it will grow! Simple as that. Happy spring! #aimtruecrew.
