Day 5 of the the MomStrong May Core Challenge - today is all about Planks! 3 different exercises that involve a plank- plank dips, plank ups and plank punches. All of these can be done on your knees if a plank is a tad to difficult for you. I did 30 burpees as always to get ready for my core workout- Happy Monday everyone!!
