Day 54 of my 6th Body by vi/ Project 10 Challenge! Today was an inner thigh day because now I have specific focus on each individual body part I need to work on. Today was an inner thigh work out and gluteus minimus workout because it is no longer Maximus. Lol! I went in on the Plié Suats, side lunges, fire hydrants, inner leg lifts, Skater Hops, outer leg lifts and fire hydrant kicks. So overall it was a leg day and the leg day was amazing. I feel so so good right now. No more jiggly inner thigh mission. Give me 30 days and my inner thigh will be melted away! Im going hard none stop! What are you doing?
