Day 6: And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season - TopicsExpress

Day 6: And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not (Galatians 6:9). Continue to do the right things for the right reasons even when no one else is around. Remember the confidence that you place in him is never in vain. God is Sovereign. Don’t let feelings rule you to jump the gun on anything, wait till you hear from God no matter how long it takes. Live by your heart and not your head. The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing (Zephaniah 3:17). Use the quiet spaces of your day to talk to and hear from God. His presence is mighty. You may think that you do not have time for this, well re-think that out because that simply is not true you do. Perhaps you have a long commute to and from work or school, you could use that time or if you have a full schedule you could use your time in the shower or bath, or on lunch break or while walking or grocery shopping there are so many different ways or places or times when you could spend time with God, find time to make time for God. Do it just like you do other things that are part of your daily routine until it becomes a priority in your life. I promise you that if you commit yourself it will make a wonderful difference in your life. Try it what do you have to lose? Better yet think about all you will gain by doing so. Your waiting will become easier trusting in him who makes all things possible. Your daily routines will come alive with expectancy and you will be happier and more confident. You may even start noticing where you have already begun to reap. Start singing praises instead of grumbling and complaining about what you have to do and change that into seeing that they are blessings that God is allowing you to do. See you are reaping already. Oh what an awesome God we serve! Well what are you waiting for? God loves you and is waiting to hear from you. Love Denise
