Day 6 Post Transplant Poor Jaylen has been miserable today. His fever got up to 104.9 and is currently 102.7. He has been getting sick throughout the day and having lots of accidents as well. They are giving him five antibiotics along with all the other meds to treat a bacteria infection they think is in one of his lines. They are testing him for various viruses. I guess this is the rough part the doctors warned us about. Jaylen has still been so strong and hanging in there. He also got more platelets early this morning. They have had a busy day, please pray for strength for Eric as he works so hard to look after Jaylen.
