Day 6: The alarm was not my friend this morning! I COULD NOT sleep last night so getting up early to workout was not happening! I just had to make myself do it when I got home but hey, I did it! No excuses guys! Food: 7:00 Special K Flatbread sandwich, banana and two cups of coffee 1:15 Ham sandwich on wheat with mustard & pickle only, one serving Quaker rice chips and an Activia light yogurt 8:15 One cup of turkey salad (that was AMAZING!! Thank you Stephanie Adair!) and one cup of watermelon Calories: 1212 Workout: 7:30pm Jillian Micheals Body Revolution Cardio Disc Water: 128ozs
