Day 6 on new diet. The hard part is having to cook everything I eat and the difficulty finding easy snacks to buy. On the other side, Im feeling great, my skin is getting better, and I lost 2kg and lowered my body fat present age in less than a week, without wen trying. I used to be moody and grumpy every 3 hours and struggling to manage hunger most of the day, doing my best to eat less than 2200 calories/day. Now Im eating around 900-1300 calories/day and feeling full (full, opposed to less hungry) for hours after eating. Im managing 5-6 hours without eating very well and with no mood swings or weakness. I expected to feel better, but I did not expect magic!
