Day 7 Hero and Reclined Hero (with optional backbend): From your knees, take a seat between your feet, straighten your back and tuck in your tummy. Take a few breaths here; this is Hero. If you are able to, slowly lower yourself to a flat back, (or backbend if you wish) breathe! Maybe stretch the arms above you to stretch out. If you are feeling bendy, why not come up to your head to press further in to the backbend. It is okay to stay in a flat back. Take a few more breaths here. Walk your self back up to Hero Pose. Well done ♥
