Day 7 of Skinny Lemon The Master Cleanse ~ 7 lbs later... think Im gonna call it a week and prep some gazpacho to break the deal with tomorrow. Its been a ride... most of it very doable... a couple of days/times more challenging than others. Being around food and food smells ~ sadistic. Having kids who eat, a big mistake. Spent many hours back to school clothing shopping with Mantha and found myself less nauseous in the foul fluorescent fitting rooms. Still a good ways from where I wanna be, but very grateful to be here, for the first time in two years. Menopause... suck my dick.
