Day 71 of AD 2014, #WordFromCurtis is... AVOID COMPROMISING SITUATIONS (epistle 3 - be smart with familiar bad situations) Judges 14:17 & 16:15-17 (PLEASE READ. I BEG, DO) One of d greatest mistakes u can make in life is to go through a painful experience & be negligent of how it started. How can u realize & avert it timely, shd a similar event begin in future? Satan is actually dumb! Yes, he is. But our negligent lifestyles make him appear smart. If u made a closer check ud realize that hes ran out of ideas but is aware of our inability to keep records of the genesis of his schemes & hence he keeps reinventing his old wheels. Sadly, many a believer still falls under those old rugged wheels. The first woman Samson married perplexed him into telling her d meaning of his riddle which culminated in d loss of his bet with d Philistine generals. Then came Delilah into d picture, who started behaving similarly & yet Samson fell for it. Sadly this time he lost more than just a bet. Gods presence, strength, eyes & eventually his life were all lost. TRAGIC! Only if he had bn able to NOTE how he had lost his bet, he cud v executed his mandate STILL STANDING TALL. Whatever u do, NEVER FORGET ur first defeat or fall & how it started. Itll help u out of similar ones before they even start. Stay positive, be smart, remain alert & WIN in Jesus name.
