Day 8! Can you believe weve done this for a week! Consistency is the key and so is accountability. The more you post when youre done the more you are apt to stay with it! Im here for you! I have a special guest for the next 3 days...my BFF...Dorothy she put together 3 arm/shoulder workouts you can do without weights.
