Day out today...therapy for Bobs shoulder, lunch at Tinseletown Movie Theater and saw Last Vegas, which was really funny (and a good distraction from everyday life), then visit with Mama at Meadowview and another doctor appointment at 5:30. A full day, Mr. D was really glad to see us! Mama is now able to sit up in a special wheel chair (high back and rest for her feet). Her short term memory is just about gone. Physically she is doing better than the doctors ever expected her to do. She has regained a little strength in her left arm but still has to be lifted out of her bed into the chair and lifted back into bed. Her sight has been affected and she has to be fed puree foods. Meadowview is taking very good care of her. We dont think she knew who Bob was but she knew me.
