Day two - Sunday : going to get this done on time today. So here goes, Todays positive highlights were: 1. Frost and fog which burnt off to another stunning Tokoroa day with a tinge of crispness. 2. Got delivered a cappuccino at home by Tony and Megan Jones so I raced around and whipped up a batch of good old fashioned date scones and cheese scones - good to know I can still make them!! 3. Another great day in the garden - dug out my asparagus bed which has been infested with couch. Some of the crowns of asparagus are like octopus - amazing size after only a couple of years in this spot. One on its own filled a banana box, I have put them into boxes of woodchips to store until I remake a new bed minus the weeds! Enjoy a couple of photos from today
