#Day17 - Its official I got a 2:1 for my degree! =D Its finally hit me that I am no longer a student anymore. I stand at the end of one journey: a journey which has been the last 19 years of education, and at the beginning of another (the rest of my life). I am the first in my family to get a degree, and the feeling that I finally accomplished something which as a child seemed like distant dream is such an empowering feeling. This past 3 years have been a whirlwind adventure which has taken me places mentally and physically i never believed i would reach. Its scary and liberating in equal measure to be here where I and many others are. I have grown so much personally, spiritually, creatively, ethically, & mentally. I leave university a better & stronger person than 3 years ago, a person whom my younger self could (dare i say it) be proud of. Heres to the friends, family, late nights, study abroad, travel, projects, hard work, tears, fears, laughs, smiles, romance & adventure which have shaped so much of the last 3 years and taught me to empower myself and to become the person i am today. I have so many memories of the last 3 years which I will cherish when Im old and probably senile. :) As i say the future scares me but one thing ive learnt is that whatever life throws at me I will overcome.
