Days 78-83 of my #100happydays challenge. Another busy week. Its been so hot but I am not going to complain, I would rather the blue skies and sunshine than grey rainy days. The week got off to a great start on Sunday with a family get together to celebrate my little grandnieces sixth birthday. What a beautiful bunch of young people we have in our family. It was a lovely day and not only did we get to see everyone, we enjoyed watching fly overs by the Red Arrows courtesy of Farnham air show. It was lovely to spend time with Rhona, David, Jared, Samantha, Kirstin, Gavin, Erica, MichaelandSandra, mum and Wayne together with Roberta and Mark, who put on a lovely spread for us. I made a watermelon fruit basket with strawberries and blueberries that turned out nicely. Wish I had taken a photo, it looked quite pretty. Very proud of dinky who was very well behaved on her first family gathering, albeit a little overawed. Monday through to Friday was spent hard at the computer, progressing with the writing of my course. Its shaping up nicely. We also finally have dates for the sessions so we can start notifying candidates and billing them. At last. It will be good to have money coming in. I was really happy on Wednesday when we went to collect our new washing machine after some frantic online bidding. Such a relief to start seeing the end of the mountain of washing we have been accumulating. Never thought I would be so happy to get an appliance.
