Days have passed since the enigmatic man had been separated from his partner. Not a moment passed without a thought of what could have been flashing through his head. With his sword sheathed in with his rifle, Adam took to hunting around within an underpopulated forest. Any animal that crossed his way was taken down, be it from a gunshot, or a clean slash. Though the young man had a chance to start over and live a peaceful farmer kind of life, his heart never lost the raging fire it that had only thickened over the years--he had to find tougher opponents--he had to go on a search for real monsters. On a particular night, Adam left four cuts on the base of an old, wilting tree. Each new mark represented a reason Adam had to keep moving; to complete his duty; seek revenge on Blake; take down all who opposed his meaning of justice; and most importantly, prove to the world that his swordplay was second to none. With a belly full of finely cooked animals and fresh water, the lost man took his first steps towards what would ultimately become his destiny.
