De Gaul 12:44 PM (35 minutes ago) to me Ive attached an electronic copy of the divorce agreement that you can read through. It is pretty much written in lawyer talk, so a lot of it is kind of gibberish, but basically it just says that youll get the car, $5000.00, and property in your possession, which would be anything you want to take from the apartment. In every other way, it says that everything will go back to being the way it was before we were married, in terms of property, debt, etc. etc. The lawyer is mailing you a hard copy of this agreement to keep as well, and then Id like to plan on going to sign it next week. It would be easiest if we just went to the lawyers office and had her notorize it for us.
