DeWitt County has again been privileged with a exceptional and dedicated leader in service to the public. Karle Koritz was sworn in as the new 6th Judicial Circuit Court Judge this past week in the courtroom of the DeWitt County Building. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Koritz served as the DeWitt County States Attorney for 2 years following his election as the Republican nominee in 2012. Mr. Koritz applied himself fully to the duties of the States Attorney office in pursuit of justice and fairness on behalf of the people of DeWitt County. The high level of professionalism and accomplishment exhibited by Mr. Koritz in his service to the citizens of DeWitt County has proven himself worthy time after time again of the peoples trust and respect. There is no doubt that Mr. Koritz will embody these noble qualities as he advances the principles of justice and law as the newly inaugurated 6th Judicial Circuit Court Judge.
