Deadliest deception: Jesus paid it all. So just ask Jesus to come into your heart and thats all. It is true that Jesus paid the penalty for our sins but it is our duty to put off the old man of flesh (in adam) and put on the new man of spirit (in Jesus). This is our duty. For this we need to repent of our sins, for without repentance there is no salvation. The only evidence for salvation is a change in our own self manifested through our character.
