Dealing ultimate Holdem: Dealer: A,A Player: 7,9 Board: 10,10, J... 7,9 Dealer: dealer has 2 pair aces & 10s, player has 2 pair 7s & 9s... (Dealer takes loosing bet) Player: HANG ON!!! I had 3 pairs, 10s, 7s & 9s.... I bet you, get your manager (smug look)... You just dont want to pay me! Dealer: Quite the opposite actually sir, this isnt my money, I can get a fill from the cage, and I get paid wether you win or loose.....also, Im sorry to point it out sir ..... But you cant have 3 pairs in a 5 card game....perhaps snap, or go fish would be more to your liking? *patron complained to the manager disputing the payout structure and demanded to get paid, also demanded dealer was fired for being rude, apparently aggressive and disrespectful of his money (Wasnt rude, addressed the patron as sir, and suggested a suitable alternative when it became apparent he shouldnt be betting on a game he couldnt follow... Got an award for costumer service, responsible gaming, having our patrons best interests at heart and tactful conflict resolution) ....As shit as it can be at times.... Some day I REALLY love my job 😊 .... Anonymous dealer please 😊
