Dealing with Comcast is like helping a child take their first steps... you have to hold their hand and explain things in a slow yet encouraging tone all while knowing they are going to fall and you are going to have to do it over and over again until they begin to understand. The only difference is when a child finally understands they let go of your hand and become independent, but when a Comcast rep finally gets it they fire them and hire another hand holding drooling blank slate. Way to work it through Comcast, you never cease to amaze me with your complete rejection of the theory of progress.
