Dealing with this POS I used to play drums for. all I did was ask to get paid what i was entitled too for driving 6 hours, performing and using my money for gas. Thought id give him a chance knowing how he was in the past with money and after talking to Merrick Sohm and Sammy Mead who warned also can vouch for me. here is the letter i just received. Friends who seen me perform with this ass hat can vouch my playing was spot on. also JDs Bar knows what I am talking about. Tony, You should be ashamed of yourself! I didn’t do a damn thing to you and had no intention of hurting you or screwing you over yet you had to go and pull the stunt that you were. You knew you weren’t working out. You weren’t doing the work that was needed and sat around on your fat ass while others did all the work so you could show up and rehearse live while you pretended to be a full member. Thinking you are so special and drum so well that you don’t need to contribute to a project the same way others are and helping to get the things needed to get further ahead is self centered and lame. I laid all my cards out on the table and treated you honestly and fairly. I paid you the best I could with what was going around and really sacrificed a significant amount of time getting you on DVD, in quality pictures, book shows, and so much more. The web-work alone was almost 30 hours and that’s not the end of it. Then you get this bug up your fat ass after listening to things that someone with their own shitty agenda that you had been warned about told you and decide I have been playing games with money. You are an idiot! What makes you think there is a lot of money going around Tony? What makes you think that I am sitting on tons of cash and am the kind of person who steals from his bandmates? How do you think CD’s get recorded and pressed? How do you think the costs of Websites and all the peripherals get paid? What makes you think that you can just show up and be entitled to equal shares of work you didn’t help get and the accolades that you weren’t contributing to help make happen. You barely did the work you were asked to do and when performing you were very bland, uneventful, and failed to do the one job you are required to do as a drummer which is keep steady time. And if you think you are that good to where all you have to do is show up and play without learning the songs properly you are sadly mistaken. You are very flawed Tony and my communicating to you like I did is what professionals do. Other professionals in turn listen and work to correct where as you are above all that and feel you don’t need to waste your time on it. Worse yet…. You probably feel you deserve to be paid to rehearse. What you did to me was shitty Tony. No two butt’s about it. Just shitty, low, and an act of a coward who is so self centered that he couldn’t even face me to just talk to me about things or listen to what’s being said to him. To purposely throw me under the bus publicly to make it seem like you were victimized was low. I did nothing wrong to you and you just shit on me. You deliberately tried to make me your scapegoat using tactics others like you have in the past knowing you could probably get away with it even though it’s entirely untrue!! I am kind of starting to think you set out to damage from the get go which is why you contacted me in the first place. You let a lot of people down Tony and negatively affected a project and set back people who work very hard together at something we all believe in. We even tried to believe in you but you once again had to turn it into crap with your natural defiance, not listening, not doing the work, feeling self entitled to more then what you have coming, listening to dumb gossip from someone you were warned about, and more. You are a real piece of work. Go buy more snares that you will barely play or use. You may think you are a pro because you have a bunch of expensive gear but real Artists play for the right reasons. You were given a chance to rise up and you decided to piss it all away and behave like an asshole until I fired you. Fact is Tony is that you have to know you kinda suck. What kind of person punishes another and trashes them and blaming them for their own failures and lack of effort? A real shitty person that’s who!! The end result of all this is that I am not going to go out of my way for you anymore. I have already done more then I should have and now have to start over with someone else because of your self-centered crap. It is not my responsibility to get the $125 dollars you so desperately needed that you threw the tantrums you did and publicly accused me of taking advantage of you and screwing you over. It’s not my job to care. You did nothing but force everyone to give you the second parking pass, get your wife in the show, and drag time when you performed. You are a very self centered man and have always failed to take other people and their hard work into consideration when you self destruct and how much of a set back it is for them when you do your stupid immature things. I treated you well and honestly. You have 7 days to come to Madison and pick up the $125.00 you desperately needed so bad. I will do my absolute best to be available the times you request to come over and pick up your money. I don’t owe you any favors and it is not my responsibility to get you your money. After extending all the time and effort I did for you I am refusing to give you any more. I don’t have the time to go make a money order and fill out an envelope and pay to have it delivered. It’s not my problem. You deliberately did things to hurt and damage and I am not doing you any favors. It’s not my problem. Let me know when you are planning on coming and I will try to make myself available to you. No I wont make a money order. No I wont paypal. No I give it to someone else to give to you. No to all of it! No favors!! No going out of my way!! NO MORE!!! You have used me enough!! You were only around for less then 3 months and you already feel entitled to more then you deserve and got more then you earned or deserved. You may come to my house by yourself and pick up the money. I look forward to seeing you and NO!! I’m not gonna do anything to you Tony. You are far to fat for me and I have far too much to lose over a piece of shit like you. Congratulations Tony. You must be proud of yourself. You should be ashamed of yourself! 7 days from today to come pick up and collect. Consider this a formal notification. What a brilliant display of intelligence on your part. You’re a true class act and human being. I have many friends and though you may know a lot of people Tony, it’s clear that you don’t have barely any friends. You gotta be one to have one.
