Dear ALL … Please be careful with selling items with "eBAY" as the ebay is always giving unreasonable decisions and it might end with you are loosing your item and the money as well…This is a case I have gone through….Its a Sony XDCAM EX 1 camcorder. ebay team, I am not happy for the final decision what the ebay resolution department has made after I been sending all the images what I had to prove that the item is not a damage item when I send to the buyer and the buyer had accepted the undamaged post with proof of signature. It shows the buyer has use the item and damaged and need a refund. I also have shown that the images of a video clip is not realistic what the buyer have been complaining with a blue light spot when the buyer have darken the aperture value where it has to be darken that much in video recording. When you darken that much you will not see any figure but you see only the RGB(Red Green Blur)exposed areas on any clip. In tis case I assume that the experts of ebay who have been investigating this case also have no any knowledge what the technology is. I have to file a case against ebay for giving faults complain, as I am a professional Photographer/Video filmmaker. You cant take unreasonable decisions and ask the sellers to refund when the seller clearly mention no refunds in the auction page. I also publish this on my face book and try my best to take to media ASAP. Not only UK, will publish the unreasonable decision in many Asian and European media too. I also need an explanation that your team have search the item by your technicians and taken the final decision. If so I need a report from your technical department or an authorized SONY technician that this item is a damaged item before the sale. If the repost show positive I am willing to refund the amount to the buyer in installment basic after I receive the item in same conditions I dispatched many months ago. Kind regards Lester
