Dear AT&T By now you should know who I am by my voice. You should also know I keep impeccable records which includes names, dates and times I speak with you. I keep better records than you obviously. Dont try to charge me $1,457.43 due to your error then charge me late fees. Then, dont try to tell me that the current bill is $551.42 and when I tell you to explain how it is that high, you cant. Thank you for talking to your supervisor and telling me my correct bill that is due is $98.31....idiots!
