Dear All, (1) E.O.W. says that they haven’t yet registered any F. I. R. In MCX matter. Believably some complaint to C. B. I. on the MCX matter has been referred by C. B. I. to E. O. W., basis which E. O. W. may do some preliminary enquiry. But, as for any F. I. R. by E. O. W., that has not yet been done. (2) At MPID today 11.00 A. M. hearing / arguments in bail hearing of JS & Sj will continue. E. O. W. expects that hearings may stretch till 6th June. (3) N. K. Proteins has paid Rs.1.40 Crores odd. (4) Ranjeev Agarwal of Prime Zone - P. D. Agro has stated to NSEL that he has sold his stake in his company & he expects some money to flow in, which he will make a submission when High Court re – opens. (5) E. O.
