Dear All, Boxing Australia is proud to announce a new initiative to directly support boxers in their home training environments. The Boxing Australia Direct Athlete Support (BADAS) scheme will provide monetary funds to help boxers support their current training environment, equipment needs, supplement needs, service provision and competition. The scheme will be funding boxers that have the capability of achieving Top 2 & Top 4 at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, Top 4 & Top 8 at the 2013 Men’s Elite World Championships and Top 4 & Top 8 at the 2014 Women’s Elite World Championships. Please feel free to forward this onto the appropriate boxers and home coaches. Please advise if you require a form with your email address and I will send it you you.
