Dear All, I have never done this kind of thing ever, but I - TopicsExpress

Dear All, I have never done this kind of thing ever, but I thought that it would be ideal to use my talents for something worthwhile. I have written and recorded a song dedicated to the people of Hong Kong. This song was composed a long time ago initially as another version, which was actually anti-war/peace. However, without even predicting Hong Kongs recent losing of democracy, it has come to my attention out of surprise that lyrically this song is especially suitable for depicting the current state of the suffering and protesting people of Hong Kong. As an emigrant who has lived in Hong Kong for 5 years, I truly learned many things and enjoyed my experiences there, even though the journey may not have been entirely pleasant. One great feature that stood out to me whenever I walked and observed the streets and met with other people was how vibrant and free in nature the whole city was. To lose that kind of feeling is conceivably a sincere disappointment, as it was something that seemed to me a very beautful thing about it. Nonetheless, as someone not from Hong Kong, I cannot say that I know how the protestors and the sufferers of Hong Kong truly feel. All I can imagine is that it must be hell. To the suffering and fighting people of Hong Kong, no matter the outcome of all this do not ever give in to fear. The fact that you as individuals are fighting for your own freedom against something so vast and powerful as the government of China shows your courage and devotion to your own beliefs. Do not ever give up that devotion, if it is truly what you believe in, and stay strong with it. You are the people who have real, unfettered strength. I do not own any of these videos. This music video is not used for any commercial gain. It is dedicated to you all. Lyrics: I am trying to be found, You are burning to the ground. And why does it feel so good? There is nothing I can see anymore. So, I approach and say, Hey you, hey you, hey you, Are you listening to me anymore? You are dropping to your knees, I cant satisfy my needs. Common heart and common soul, We are one and we are whole, again. So, she sing she call, Hey you, hey you, (are you listening)hey you, I am listening, I am listening for once (are you listening), I am listening for once (are you listening). Hey you, hey you, I am listening, are you listening to me, Are you listening to me, to me?
