Dear All, I have received complaints about the audio quality on the National Television Network (NTN). I have spoken to the technicians at NTN and verified that the issues are to be resolved by your service provider, FLOW (Formerly Karib Cable). The audio is perfect online (govt.lc), on LIME Channel 37 and on RSL 97. I apologise for the inconvenience, but it is beyond our control. A fault has been reported to Flow. Jadia Jn. Pierre-Emmanuel
