Dear All I want to discuss and take advice from your side that i have filled withholding statement u/s 165 that is required to file 15th of every month ,however the tax was exempted only file nill statement every month that is required but unfortunately i filled it late. Inland Revenue officer ordered default surcharge of Rupees 10000 per month.....i need any clarification/ advice from your side that where there is no tax involve ,there is no question of default charge am i right???i have SRO 494 exemption of penalty and default charge where there is no tax but in that SRO period is mentioned that upto 30th june 2013 where as my case is after this period ,do you have any material regarding this kindly advice me i will be very thank ful to you
