Dear All Ive organised two 3D bike maintenance courses for all members. Please note, a knowledge of your bike is essential for Sunday cycles & the annual trip to Carlow. The dates are January 20th & February 17th @ 7.30 pm. Items to be covered include fixing punctures, cleaning & oiling your bike, how to change brake blocks & a chain. Please bring your own bike. There will be written notes given by the bike mechanics. The venue is the Top Bicycle Shop in Clontarf (near the Wooden Bridge to the Bull Wall). The staff are extremely helpful & they have a great range of bike accessories (not the mention some interesting ladies specific bib shorts topbicycleshop.ie/
