Dear All, Please find below current requirements and email resume to annie@almansoorgroup General Maintenance Technician.(Carpenter) (MT-NE-SS-RAK) Oil & Gas Minimum Requirements: High Secondary School (12 years) + Carpentry Training Program. (ITI in Carpentry). Minimum 4 years work experience in Carpentry Work Shop. Familiar with carpentry workshop machines. Knowledge of English language (spoken & written); Arabic an advantage. Ability to read and make sketches and prepare material lists. Valid UAE Driver’s License would be an advantage. Role : Carries-out carpentry works as assigned in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Plans and schedules. Obtains work assignments, instructions and related sketches from General Maintenance Supervisor. Checks materials and tools required to carry out repair and maintenance works, raises material request and collects them from stores. Implements and carries out carpentry work on site and in the workshop with the use of hand and power tools i.e. sharpeners, jointers, band saws, circular saw etc. Constructs, repair, modifies, modernizes company-owned office furniture. Fabricates, installs and modifies doors, window frames, air condition frames & ducts, cabinets & shelves with both wooden or aluminum materials. Cuts glass and fixes window panes wherever required. Installs/repairs new and existing false ceilings as per requirement. Maintain a suitable inventory of consumable materials parts and tools and ensures that there is constant supply to cater for regions needs. Complies with all safety, security and fire rules and regulations including the use of personal protective clothing and equipment. Maintains work environment in a clean and tidy condition including removal of waste at work sites and workshop. General Maintenance Technician (Painter) RAK Oil & Gas Minimum Requirements: High Secondary School (12 years) + Technical Training Program (Painting). Minimum 4 years experience as painter in related field. Knowledge of English language (spoken & written); Arabic an advantage. Ability to read and draw sketches and prepare material lists. Valid UAE Driver’s License would be an advantage. Role : Receives work assignments from General Maintenance Supervisor, collects materials and tools required to undertake repairs and proceeds to work site. Upon completion, return unutilized materials to store for future use. Prepares the tanker, trailer, tractor heads and other light and heavy duty vehicles for full internal and external painting according to a given paint specification and procedure at all service stations, plants, depots and terminals. Assist to identify different types and shades of paints required according to request and type of surface; establishes method of application, either brush, spray gun or roller. Mixes and matches colours as necessary. Maintains a suitable inventory of consumable materials and tools, keeping in mind the shelf life, parts and tools and ensure that there is constant supply to cater to the regions needs. Complies with all safety, security and fire hazard rules and regulations including the use of personal protective clothing and equipment. Maintains work environment in a clean and tidy condition including removal of wastes and spillages. Electrical Technician - Western Region Oil & Gas Industry Minimum Requirements: Secondary Education with 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3 years working experience in maintenance and repair of Electrical Systems. Good knowledge of English language (spoken & written), Arabic would be an advantage. Valid UAE Driving license is a plus. Role: Obtains work assignments from Electrical Supervisor, collects materials and tools required to undertake repairs, checks on status on spare parts to be supplied, identifies missing parts and proceeds to work site. Undertakes installation, repair, diagnostics and maintenance of low and medium voltage equipments, switchgear, control panels; associate wiring circuits in the plant, machinery, equipment, buildings, structures and grounds. Examines wiring and circuit diagrams, locates faults, measures and checks wire and connection tolerances. Inspects and evaluates electrical systems and equipment for malfunction and needed repairs. Carries out electrical maintenance on primary and secondary systems on single and three phase voltage equipment. Carries out various tests and records readings taken on insulation resistance levels, breakdown voltage, low voltage thermal relays and earth leakage relays wherever applicable. Performs other similar or related duties as and when assigned by direct supervisor.
