Dear All Students (updated of 22Aug.2013), Due to the registration period for T.1 / 2013-2014 is fixed on 3 - 6 and 12 September 2013, please be informed that 1. The CLASS SCHEDULE of Science courses, Natural Science courses, and Mathematics courses has been posted on (1)the notice board in front of Science Division, 5th floor, Building 3. This printing version is more accurate than the one posted on (2)MUIC website due to the system error. Students can also check on (3)their own account on OASIS. 2. Any problem on registration for Science courses, Natural Science courses, and Mathematics courses, please contact Science Division on 16-17 and 23 September 2013 (ADD/Drop). 3. Requests for a CHANGE OF SECTION of Science courses, Natural Science courses, and Mathematics courses during ADD/Drop period are not allowed if those courses are fully booked, students are supposed to change section by themself on their account on OASIS if the number of seat is still available. 4. Requests of the ADD/Drop of Science courses, Natural Science course, and Mathematics courses, PLEASE CONTACT SCIENCE DIVISION IN PERSON only during ADD/Drop period (16-17 and 23 September 2013). Requests for ADD/Drop by phone or email are not acceptable since students are required to fill in the form. Anyway, the priority of additional seats will be given to students who must repeat the course, who are supposed to graduate in T.1 / 2013-2014 and that course is offered in that trimester only, etc. 5. Students are not allowed to sit in the section they do not register for, even that course conducted by either same lecturer or different lecturer. For example: students registered for Intensive Math class section 3 scheduled on Saturday are not allowed to attend its class section 1 scheduled on Friday. Class attendance should be based on classlist from OASIS. 6. Science students who are expected to complete graduation requirement in T.1 / 2013-2014 are allowed to register for more than max. course load of 22 credits and less than min. course load of 12 credits, please contact Science Division to fill in the form from 22 August 2013 onwards. Students are recommended to submit the form prior to the registration period since their requests will be considered by advisor, program director/divisional chairman, and the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Science Division, 5th floor, MUIC Building 3 or at 02-441-5090 ext. 3516, 3517. For your information. Science Division
