Dear All, These photographs are of myself and others, including Donnach De Long in the first picture, representing the Irish community in Britain at the Stand up to racism demonstration that took place on 22nd March. The march started near the statue of Nelson Mandella near the Houses of Parliament and finished at Trafalgar Square. The last two photographs represent people of British and Irish alike opposing racism, bigotry and sectarianism on these two islands. We are proud to be multicultural and we must stand together against the Far Right. Finally, I wish to send solidarity greetings to all the other people who marched against racism in Britain and Ireland on Saturday. Yours in solidarity Austin Harney, CRAIC (Campaign for the Rights and Actions of the Irish Communities) Fighting the Cuts.
