Dear All Yesterday , on 3/8/14, we had another round of meeting at the school. The core team members , sponsor batches and few students , who wanted to contribute have attended the meeting. Following points were discussed 1. Sanjay Dakway has informed the group that 5th October – Gadakari Rangayatan, Thane is booked. Of course , the formalities of booking are yet to be completed as per the hall’s rules and regulations. 2. Sanjay Shelke briefed the group on the back ground and progress of the event. The activities which are yet to be sponsored were shared. Participation in terms of arrangement /smaranika /suggestions was invited. Few members have certain queries which were discussed. 3. Mrs Maneesha Shah suggested that they will collect some contribution from other students in contact and deposit it with Shitole sir. Suggestion was accepted. It was clearly explained that donations and contributions are voluntary and entries to all the student is entirely FREE The following groups have sponsored the remaining activities – 1. Mementoes for the teachers - Batch Year 1981 ( Group leader : Vinay Karambe (9221677532) Kishore kothavde(9867602174) Sanjay Karambe(9757497139) Sanjay Naik(9833860858) Rajendra Shinde(9322218339)) 2. For Smaranika – Sandesh Jugnake , again requested for articles from students , The printing expenses and other activities will be managed from the advertisements ( only for sarvodaya ex – students) Following students /firms committed advertisement for smaranika 1. Santosh Karnik ( Ambition Classes ) – 10000/- 2. Kishor Kothavade ( Medical store ) – 5000/- 3. Vinay Karambe ( store ) -5000/- 4. Rajendra Shinde ( ) – 5000/- Since we need more advertisements , all are requested to share this initiatives to other people who have their business and can contribute for this . Please speak to Mr Shitole sir (9757400081), Sanjay Dakway (9819823033 ) or Sandesh Jugnake (9869501828) 3. During the discussion with each sponsor teams , activities , roles and responsibilities were planned in detail . 4. 1980 Group sponsoring the Food arrangements,(Batch No 1980) were not represented …plz note 5. Mr Kishor Kothavde ( Batch - 1981 Ph No:9867602174). After realizing the efforts put in so far, appreciated the work done and offered his wholehearted support in every activity. He suggested that we can explore the possibility of organizing simple ‘ lunch ‘ menu for all the participants , at a separate venue of the hall, He also shared his feeling that FUNDs will not be a problem , if we decide to go for this , as this is a noble cause. After this discussion , following INDIVIDUAL members offered donations- 1. Santosh Thombare ( 1992 Batch )– 10000/- 2. Kamalakar Kashid ( 1987 Batch ) – 10000/- 3. Subhash Pal ( Principal ) – 10000/- People who can and want to contribute , please get in touch with Mr Shitole Sir or Sanjay Dakway or Subhash Pal sir on phone . Please ask such students , if they are in touch with you to please contact , For the program we are exploring the ‘ chief guest ‘ anyone have any contacts or any suggestions, please speak to any one of us ASAP. If we want to have food arrangement for all 1200 people , we may need better fund, We can also use the fund for better cause , if collection of Fund is high. As the individual groups have started their work , you will also find some promotional activities ( any one having contacts with news paepr /media ) please contact mr santosh Karnik (9820818375) or Mr Santosh Thombare(9833372402).
