Our vision for Vermont is of a place where the promise of every child is realized. Research shows that children need high quality early experiences in order to reach their full potential. Among other needs, this includes access to quality early care and education, which is increased by Vermonts CCFAP. The Promise Campaign is designed to continue the conversation about an investment in CCFAP outside of the legislative session with the anticipation of the issue continuing as a priority of the Alliance’s Legislative Agenda in 2014.
