Dear Andraya, Happy 6th Birthday my girl! You and I have come a very long way together since circa 07! Everyday that I look at you, and watch the things that YOU accomplish, listen to the thoughts that YOU think outloud, and argue with the conviction that YOU own, I stand still in amazement. I have come to realise that when you disagree with me, its not because you need to be taught better, its because you truely have something to say. You never stand down from what you believe. You have so much integrity, and absolute truth in what you say and do. You are not afraid of being you. You are not afraid of being yelled at ( sorry) for what you think and feel. This took a while for me to know it has nothing to do with lack of compassion. You are the first one to cry for anyone that is hurt, you stand up for the right thing, always. You feel for everyone else. You always come with a hug for everyone. You tell everyone how special they are to you. THAT my dear, is a wonderful gift. Your self- esteem is MY greatest accomplishment. When I look at you, I dont see a wild , crazy kid. I see a little girl, that will grow into a woman with a fierceness that no one will get in the way of. I promise to never let anyone break your spirit, and for you to become whoever you want to be. Your talented, beautiful, and the very best part of my life. Happy birthday lovie!
