Dear Angeliques Community: I am an openly honest person, and why I come sharing such details and plans. As you may know, Angeliques Boutique and Yoga is a Karma business model, one which I coined, with the idea of the business benefiting our local womens shelter, coming through a deep meditation while at Prison Yoga Teacher Training in CA. I wanted to serve the community of Kalamazoo, and this idea came raging through, so I ran with it. Since then, Dec. 2013, Ive invested everything I have in this endeavor. So far, the womens shelter has benefited so much with all our donations which have come through Angeliques, that which I deliver and donate every Thursday, BUT..., that which helps to sustain the business has not been as prolific. Weve only held 2 karma nights, where the residents at the shelter shop with the karma dollars, which are accumulated only through store purchases, sadly, I must confess, purchases have been little, though your donations have been prolific!!! I will give, and offer, all I am able, to all of 2015, to Angeliques Boutique and Yoga, then come Jan of 2016, if sales are still low, I will need to close and find a, job-job, as said in New Orleans. A job that pays the bills. :) If this comes to pass, I will simply be grateful for all thats been given, especially for those at the shelter, and be glad for all that has been given through this amazingly spiritual journey and community, its a blessed journey where I continue to meet and come to know so many amazing people. Lets give it our best, in 2015!!! Lets make this pink house on S Park rock!!!! From community, to the pink house, to the shelter!!!
