Dear BAM Masters, Small update about the my loading gets stuck at 63% problem - we know its still happening for way too many players and the whole Community Management Team wanted to give you a most sincere apology for the inconvenience. Rest assured our dev teams have been informed of this issue, and theyre currently investigating and doing their best to find a quick and permanent solution. In the meantime, we know this issue is occurring, so theres no reason to contact us about it; whether in a private message, on the wall or elsewhere, and especially during the upcoming weekend. Wed like to be able to actually repair the game and we honestly understand your frustration and concern, but for now, we will all have to be patient and wait for a fix to be actually implemented.
