Dear Board of Discipline, First and foremost allow me to state that this complaint, here now before you, comes from not only an American Citizen but an individual that has suffered immense atrocities at the hands of poor ethics in lack of concern for responsibility in regards to the Attorneys (on all sides) in the Second District Juvenile Court System located the city of Albuquerque, in Bernallio County, in the State of New Mexico. I lodge this official complaint of Attorney violations in the realm of their total disregard of ethics and professional responsibility on all sides prosecution, defense and ad litem. I lodge this official complaint not solely in an interest in seeing more adherence to the rules of ethics and professional responsibility in regards to my case alone, but an interest in seeing these obligations to attorneys set forth in the rules of ethics and personal responsibility up held to ensure not only the rights of me as a Citizen but all Citizens exposed to the Second District Juvenile Court, and the American way of life itself protected under the United States Constitution and the Amended Bill of Rights. A very close look should be taken at the evidences of my complaint. The evidence is very in depth and available upon request of your Board that includes documentation as well as audio recordings proving that this complaint is not frivolous in any manner. It is admittedly by me based in malaise for the attorneys involved; however I feel that my personal feelings that are beyond discontent will be well justified to you and moreover sympathized with when a thorough investigation takes place. I have been diligent in making records and even audio recordings and feel confident that you will not only agree with my view in these attorney’s lack of ethics and concern to practice professional responsibility, you may in fact, unfortunately deem some of the acts by certain attorneys to have a criminal nature to them and the recourse could be their disbarment. It is extremely unfortunate if this is to be the case, as the Second District needs (in my opinion) more attorneys not less, however in my personal interest to see our Justice System have Liberty for all (especially the accused) I am submitting this complaint and will do all that I can in not being an attorney myself to convey my personal complaint in the hopes it not only serves to bring Justice to the Citizen, but to the Second District Juvenile Court as well where it seems Justice has no place, no right, and no will to exist any-longer due to the practices of the attorneys in that District’s jurisdiction. I will begin with the most recent of my complaints and work into the past-ward so as to express the immediate nature of my most current complaint as there are several and this will assist you in possibly being able to halt the current misconducts by the attorneys, along with the mistreatments and abuse of clients, the law protecting them and justice itself. Just recently my previously appointed attorney, Attorney Peter Klages, has resigned his commission to the Second District Juvenile Court and made conveyances to me that he did so due to his personal feelings of not being able to provide adequate response to his clientele in which he was appointed by the court do to an overbearing case load. So, due to this personal feeling of his conveyed to me as a client, he resigned my case and I was appointed new council by the court on June 10, 2012. This newly appointed council has refused to even contact me despite an order from the judge to work in a mode of filtration to C.Y.F.D. for me. It is now July 11, 2012
