Dear Brothers and Sisters and Friends of the Lodge, Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law. I am pleased to announce today that we have officially obtained space for our new Temple at The Old Rainier Brewery. We have a tentative date of December 1st to take possession of the space, though that is a rolling date based on when various projects will be completed by our new land lords. Though this has been in the works for sometime, I wanted to wait until the lease was finalized and matched our needs and with that in mind carried out a lengthy negotiation process with the building management. I am excited for us to be in such an historic land mark within Seattle and it will be an easy location for people to find as they seek to seek to participate with us in our Mysteries. The location is of course well known to all that live within the Seattle area and is easy to get to. Also there is ample parking. The space is going to need a lot of work and we have some big plans for what we can do to make it a truly spectacular working Temple. The landlords are going to install a brand new bathroom and we will be splitting the expense for a new heating system. Aside from that the plan is to divide the large space into a main temple room and then create other spaces, including a loft for the library that will feature a balcony overlooking the main temple room. There will also be a foyer that people will access first so that we are not walking directly into the Temple. Our first efforts will involve painting and readying the space for celebration of The Gnostic Mass. With all this in mind we are happily accepting donations to the Lodge for improvements of our future Temple.
